Specifications:
1) Origin: Gardenid.
2) Appearance: blue powder.
3) Description: soluble in water. and ethanol, but insoluble in oil.
4) Characteristics: water solution is bright blue and will not change in Ph 4-8. Has good heat resistance, but poor light resistance. Best used for dying protein.
5) Application: dilute with water.
